Thank you for shopping with Rancho Fina! We want you to love every piece you order. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.
General Policy
At Rancho Fina, we do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Like most online boutiques, we provide store credit only for eligible returns.
Return Requirements
To qualify for store credit, items must be:

Unaltered

In original condition with tags attached
Items must also be free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to you and will not be eligible for store credit.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

How Returns Work
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.
Please do not send items back without submitting a return request, as these will not be accepted.
All eligible items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after this window may be denied.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card, sent to the email associated with your order.

Store credit is issued within 5–10 business days after your return is processed.

No refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

If 15 business days pass after approval and you have not received your credit, please contact us at ranchofinallc@gmail.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once it’s approved, place a new order using your store credit.
Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our location.
Carriers
We ship using UPS and USPS for reliable delivery services.
Multiple Orders
If you place multiple orders in the same day and would like them combined, email us at ranchofinallc@gmail.com.
Upon request, we will combine your orders and refund one of the shipping charges.
Carrier Delays
Please note:

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if carriers do not meet expected delivery times.
